Lemon Blueberry Donuts Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix and Sprite Zero, stirring until frothy and fully mixed.
  • Lightly spray a standard donut pan with nonstick spray.
  • Evenly distribute the batter into 16 donut molds, filling each about ¾ full.
  • Add a few blueberries into each donut mold, distributing them evenly.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, checking at 15 minutes by inserting a toothpick to ensure the donuts are fully baked. They’re done when the toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
