Lavash Bread Spinach Ricotta Lasagna Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, and egg whites; add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of baking dish and place sheet of lavash in dish.
Add half the ricotta mixture.
Add another sheet of lavash and top with a little sauce.
Spread remaining ricotta mixture.
Top with 3rd sheet of lavash.
Cover completely with a good amount of sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired.
Bake 45 minutes, uncovered.
