Directions:

Preheat the oven to 300°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt, and eggs.

Stir in melted butter, along with pineapple, pecans, and coconut.

Pour the mixture into a homemade or store-bought pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until almost set. Cover and bake for another 10-20 minutes until golden brown.

Let the pie cool completely before serving.
