Healthy Cookies without Flour and Sugar Directions:
Cut the walnuts, almonds, peanuts and dried apricots into small pieces. Wash all the seeds well and make sure they are free of dust and preservatives.
In a large bowl, combine the peanuts, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and flax seeds.
Add natural honey and egg white. Mix well until all the ingredients are completely integrated.
With the help of your hands, form small portions of dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Slightly flatten each portion to shape them into cookies.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy.
Once the cookies are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely before enjoying them.
