  • Blend the Mixture: Pour the dissolved sugar-water mixture into a blender. Blend on medium speed for about 1 minute to combine.
  • Add Vanilla and Milk Powder: Slowly add the vanilla essence and then the powdered milk, blending continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Blend to Thicken: Continue blending for about 5 minutes, pausing every minute for 30 seconds to prevent overheating. The mixture will thicken as it blends.
  • Adjust Consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Cool and Store: Pour the homemade condensed milk into a glass jar. Let it cool completely before sealing and refrigerating. It will thicken further as it chills.
