Directions:

Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, ensuring that it seeps into the holes.
Next, drizzle the caramel topping over the cake. Allow the cake to cool completely. If you want it to cool faster, you can refrigerate it; just make sure it's well-covered.
Once the cake is cooled, spread the Cool Whip topping evenly on top of the cake. Decorate the cake with the chopped candy bars! Add extra caramel topping if desired.
