Healthy One Pan Chicken Parmesan Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
Heat a nonstick ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and add the chicken breasts. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
