Healthy Carrot Cake Oatmeal Cookies Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Mix together rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • In a separate large bowl, whisk the egg. Add applesauce, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
