Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free syrup (instead of honey or agave syrup)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (use spray oil for fewer points)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Vegetables:
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (instead of canned)
- Cooking spray (instead of 1 tablespoon olive oil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds (optional)
