Ham & Cheese Egg Bake Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and almond milk until fully combined. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  • Spread diced cooked ham evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the ham.

  • Slowly pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese. Gently shake the dish to settle the mixture evenly.

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. Check with a knife—if it comes out clean, it's ready.
