Greek Chicken Meatballs Directions
Oven Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, feta or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, lemon zest, garlic, salt, onion powder, oregano, dill, and fresh parsley.
- Mix all together using your hands.
- Gently form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, about 1 Tbsp each.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the tops of the meatballs with cooking spray.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
