Garlic Chicken & Cabbage Soup Directions:
- Roast a bunch of garlic and dump it into a large pot.
- Chop the onion and add it to the same pot.
- Dump in the sliced mushrooms, chopped raw chicken, and shredded cabbage.
- Add a giant pat of butter and stir-fry everything over medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, dump in the lemon juice, chicken stock (or chicken base + water), salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme.
- Boil for about 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and resist the urge to burn your tongue eating it because you just couldn’t wait for it to cool down.
