Garlic Butter Lobster & Scallops Directions
- Use kitchen shears to cut along the top of each lobster tail shell and pull the lobster meat up to rest on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp of light butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, basting with the garlic butter halfway through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
- Heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then sear them for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp of light butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, then return the scallops to the pan, coating them in the garlic butter.
- Plate the lobster and scallops together. Drizzle with the garlic butter, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
