Fruit-Filled Muffins Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
