Directions:
In a bowl with the boiled potatoes, add the flour, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, dry yeast, water and salt, and mix until the dough is created. Transfer to a work surface and knead until smooth.
Transfer the dough to the bowl, cover it and let it rest for two hours.
After the time has elapsed, transfer the dough to the floured work surface and roll out to a thickness of 1/2 cm/
Cut into circles with the mold to the size of 7-8 cm, and fill them in the center with cooked ham and cheese. Add another circle on top of the first one and pinch all the way down to get the donuts.
Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or bake them for 20 minutes at 190°
