Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
Place 2 cups of instant rice evenly at the bottom of the dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 can of creamy chicken soup, 1 can of creamy celery soup, and 1 can of water.
Pour the soup mixture over the rice.
Lay 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the soup and rice.
Sprinkle 1 packet of onion soup mix over the chicken.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 90 mins or so.
