Forgotten Chicken Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  • In a bowl, mix reduced-fat cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, water, and instant brown rice until well combined.

  • Pour the rice mixture evenly into the baking dish.

  • Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.

  • Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.

  • Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

  • Bake for 90 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and rice is tender.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
