- Honey, for drizzling (points depend on usage)
- 3 oz feta cheese, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (or arugula)
- 1 ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp honey
- 1 tsp orange zest
- ¼ tsp salt (optional)
- Pepper, to taste
