  • Prepare Chickpeas and Potatoes:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • In a baking dish, combine chickpeas, sweet potatoes, garlic, olive oil (or spray), cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
