Everything Bagel Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the nonfat yogurt, shredded mozzarella, and eggs.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a disk. Make a hole in the center to form the bagel shape.
  • Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with everything seasoning.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
