Easy Chicken and Noodle Bake Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, almond milk, frozen peas, diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the crushed whole wheat crackers with melted light margarine.
  • Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
