Custard ganache
In a pot pore 3 cups milk and half a cup sugar
Place on stove on medium high heat
In a bowl add half cup milk and 3 very heaped tablespoons Custard powder.
Mix it well
Add to the milk and stir constantly till thick and bubbling.
Add 1 teaspoons vanilla
Cover with plastic on the Custard and set aside to cool
When cold beat with electric mixer well and add 100g butter or margarine. Beat well.
If you like sweet add some icing sugar.
Otherwise it's sweet enough
If custard is still firm add some cream or milk one tablespoons at a time till you reach the spreadable consistency.
