Crockpot Candy Directions:

  • Line the base of your crockpot with parchment paper or use a non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  • Add both the sugar-free milk chocolate chips and sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips into the crockpot.
  • Scoop in the powdered peanut butter, ensuring it’s mixed smoothly with the other ingredients.
  • Add the salted peanuts (or unsalted) and dry roasted peanuts to the mixture.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Stir everything together gently, ensuring the chocolate and peanut butter are fully melted and combined.
  • Set the crockpot to cook on low for about 1 to 1 ½ hours, checking and stirring every 20 minutes.
  • Once fully melted, give it one final stir.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, then drop spoonfuls of the melted candy mixture onto the sheet to form candy clusters.
  • Let the candy cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate for faster setting.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week or refrigerate for longer freshness.
