Crock Pot Broccoli Cheddar Soup Directions

  • Spray the inside of your Crock Pot with cooking spray.
  • Add diced onions, broccoli florets, and matchstick carrots to the Crock Pot.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together cheddar soup, chicken broth, cornstarch, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the vegetables in the Crock Pot and stir well.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours, stir the soup and add almond milk. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
