- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 egg whites (instead of 3 whole eggs)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (instead of 5 tbsp)
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- A handful of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat Parmesan cheese (instead of 1 cup regular Parmesan)
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Sauce:
- 3/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Freshly chopped parsley
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Lemon juice
