Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip, vanilla cake mix, and egg. Stir until well combined and a soft dough forms.
Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball using your hands. Roll the ball of dough in the powdered sugar until fully coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat this step for the remaining dough, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden around the edges.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
