Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs, light butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sucralose. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the fat-free cream cheese until smooth. Add in the 1/2 cup granulated sucralose and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until combined.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the non-fat Greek yogurt, skim milk, and all-purpose flour until just combined.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the Swerve Brown and ground cinnamon.
  • Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan. Sprinkle half of the Swerve Brown mixture over the batter.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey over this layer. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the top and repeat with the rest of the Swerve Brown mixture and honey.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • In a small bowl, mix the powdered sucralose with 2-3 tablespoons of milk until smooth to make the glaze. Drizzle over the chilled cheesecake before serving.
