Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls Directions

  • Blend oats using a food processor or blender until the oats reach a flour consistency.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, sugar-free maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla. Gradually add milk until you reach the desired dough texture. Mix until dough forms.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Using your hands, measure out one tablespoon of batter and roll into a ball. Continue until all 15 protein balls are made.
  • Place the protein balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Alternatively, enjoy immediately.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
