Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars Directions:

  • Prepare the Dough:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
    • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the 'I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!®', brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
    • Fold in the Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips.
  • Bake:

    • Spread the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.
    • Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
