  • Crush the 2 Kodiak Cookie Granola Bars and place them in the bottom of a springform pan. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).
  • In a bowl, mix 2 cups of Fage 0 Greek yogurt, 3 eggs, vanilla extract, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, and sweetener.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the cheesecake is set.
  • After baking, let the cheesecake sit for 30 minutes to cool.
  • Chill the cheesecake for a few hours before serving.
  • Once chilled, top with Fat-Free Reddi Whip and sugar-free Lilly’s chocolate chips.
