Chocolate and Passion Fruit Flan Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together egg whites, egg, sugar substitute, passion fruit juice, evaporated milk, low-fat milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into individual ramekins or a large flan dish.
  • Arrange ramekins in a baking pan and add hot water to the pan, filling it halfway up the ramekins.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
