Chinese Beef and Onion Stir Fry Directions:

  • In a bowl, mix sliced beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over high heat.

  • Stir-fry beef in batches until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, sauté onions for 2–3 minutes until softened.

  • Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 1 minute until fragrant.
