Chicken Bell Pepper Stir-Fry Directions:

  • Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, and pepper flakes

  • Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

  • Add chicken in a single layer and cook 3–4 minutes without stirring, then flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until done

  • Remove chicken from skillet

  • In same skillet, cook bell peppers and onion 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp

  • Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute

  • Return chicken to pan and pour sauce over everything

  • Stir and cook 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens

  • Serve warm
