Chicken Alfredo Calzones Directions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C)

  • In a small saucepan, melt the light butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute

  • Add almond milk and Italian seasoning, simmer for 2 minutes

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and set aside

  • In a bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt to form a soft dough

  • Divide dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each into a 6-inch circle

  • Spoon 1 tablespoon Alfredo sauce onto half of each circle

  • Top with 1/4 cup shredded chicken and 1½ tablespoons mozzarella cheese

  • Fold dough over the filling and crimp the edges with a fork to seal

  • Spray with cooking spray and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with parsley if desired
