Directions:
Place the eggs, carrot and sugar in the blender, when the mixture becomes frothy, add the oil and vanilla extract.
Pour into a bowl and gradually add the dry ones (I sifted through a sieve and gradually incorporated with a spatula).
At the end add the nuts and your optional seasonings.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
When the cake cools, it is deconstructed and covered with white chocolate, walnuts and almonds!
