Cabbage and Eggs Directions:

  • Prepare the Cabbage:

    • Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
  • Cook the Cabbage:

    • In a large skillet, spray cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
    • Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until it begins to soften.
    • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the cabbage. Continue cooking until the cabbage is tender, about 10 more minutes.
  • Cook the Eggs:

    • Push the cabbage to one side of the skillet.
    • Add "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light" to the empty side of the skillet and let it melt.
    • Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them, cooking until they are set.
  • Combine and Serve:

    • Mix the scrambled eggs with the cooked cabbage until well combined.
    • Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve hot.
