Baked Parmesan Asparagus Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray

  • Wash and trim the asparagus, removing tough ends and pat dry

  • In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

  • Spray asparagus lightly with olive oil or drizzle with olive oil

  • Roll asparagus in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help it stick

  • Place coated asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until asparagus is tender and topping is golden

  • Garnish with parsley or chives if desired and serve immediately
