Turkey and Spinach Lettuce Wraps Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with olive oil spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the light cream cheese, reduced-fat cheddar, turkey bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully blended.
  • Lay out an egg roll wrapper. Add about 2 tablespoons of the filling to the center. Fold the bottom corner up, fold the sides in, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water. Repeat for all wrappers.
  • Place the egg rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Pair with a low-fat dipping sauce or enjoy on their own.
