- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fat-free feta cheese (optional, crumbled)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (optional, for extra tang)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
