Apple Vanilla Cake Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 190 °C (375 °F) and grease a springform pan with olive oil spray or a little butter.
  • Beat the unsweetened applesauce with the vanilla stevia, granulated stevia, and a little salt until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs.
  • Add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and Sugar-Free Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding, mixing well while gradually adding the almond milk.
  • Wash, peel, and core the apples, then cut them into pieces as desired. Fold the apple pieces into the batter using a dough scraper.
  • Pour the batter with the apple pieces into the springform pan and bake on the middle shelf for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
