Apple Cinnamon Swirl Loaf Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the sugar substitute and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour, the remaining sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk light butter, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in diced apples.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it. Top with remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
