Apple Blondies with Maple Glaze Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Greek Yogurt and Stevia until smooth and well combined.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  • Fold in the diced apples and pecans (if using).
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
