2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
