- 4 slices turkey bacon (lower in points than regular bacon)
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup uncooked brown rice (lower in points than white rice)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1.5 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (reduce from 1/2 cup to lower points)
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener (instead of brown sugar)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
