Almond & Chia Crackers Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour and chia seeds.
  • Add the water and Greek yogurt, stirring until a dough forms.
  • Stir in the rosemary and salt, mixing thoroughly.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out thinly.
  • Remove the top sheet of parchment, and transfer the bottom sheet with dough to the baking tray.
  • Score the dough into cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
  • Let cool completely before breaking apart.
