3-Ingredient Bagels Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Stir until the mixture forms a dough. If the dough is too sticky to handle, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time, until it becomes manageable.
  • Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  • Roll each portion into a ball, then press your finger through the center to form a ring shape. Stretch the dough slightly to create a bagel shape with a 1-inch center hole.
  • Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops generously with everything bagel seasoning and press gently to help it adhere.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown.
  • Remove the bagels from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
