  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a donut pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Spoon the batter into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
