WW Key West Chicken Ingredients:
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener (or 1 tablespoon honey)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

In a shallow bowl or container, combine olive oil, monk fruit sweetener (or honey), low-sodium soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice. Stir until well mixed.
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and discard the marinade.
Grill the chicken for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the juices run clear.
