Plucked cake muffins with paradise cream recipe

Ingredients
120 grams of butter
120 grams of sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
150 grams of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 eggs
120 grams of sugar
120 g butter, melted
250 g low-fat quark
½ pack of paradise cream powder

Preparation
First, preheat the oven to 180°C (150°C for a fan oven). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Then knead a shortcrust pastry from the first 5 ingredients. Divide 2/3 of the batter evenly among the molds and press into the base. Set the rest of the dough aside.

Now beat the eggs until foamy, add the sugar and melted butter. Then stir in the low-fat quark and vanilla pudding powder until a smooth mass is obtained.

Now spread the quark mixture over the molds. Pluck the remaining shortcrust pastry into pieces and spread over the quark mixture. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, then let cool. The delicious muffins are ready!
