Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
7 eggs
7 tablespoons of sugar
Liquid candy

Directions:
Beat the milk with the sugar and the eggs, put the liquid caramel in the mold, spread the bottom and walls well
Pour the batter into the mold, put in a bain-marie in the oven heat only below 170º if when you prick the needle it comes out clean it is already curdled
