Chocolate and banana cake recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
1 cup of hot water
3 tablespoons of cocoa
2 cups flour
10g baking powder
3 bananas
250ml cream
120g milk chocolate
pistachios

Preparation:
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Add oil, milk, hot water, cocoa, flour, and baking powder.
Mingle.
Grease the bottom of the mold with butter and put the sliced bananas.
Pour the prepared mixture.
Bake 40 minutes at 180°/350°F.
Bring the cream and milk chocolate to a boil.
Pour the cooked ganache over the cake.
Sprinkle with pistachios.
